Personal Data Protection Law

Constitution of the Republic of Turkey: Article 20/1, Article 20/2, Article 20/3; “Everyone has the right to the protection of personal information and data regarding himself/herself.” “This information can only be used based on the explicit consent of the person or a legitimate reason stipulated by law. Everyone has the right to access the information collected about them or in the records, to have them corrected and to learn whether this information is used for their purposes. The principles and procedures regarding the protection of personal data are regulated by law.” Article 4/1 of the KVK No. 6698; “Personal data can only be processed in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated in this law and other laws.” As ''GOSUN TRANSFER'', we strictly comply with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
